Birch Class will be attending a singing workshop every fortnight this term. The first one was a huge success; the children enjoyed following hand signals and singing in groups.
In advance of International Peace Day, Birch class carried out a survey and asked various staff members what makes them peaceful. We found out that lots of people like to listen to relaxing music, read books and enjoy nice cups of coffee. We hope that everyone enjoys a peaceful weekend!
Peace Day Performance!
We would like to invite all families to attend our celebration of Peace Day 2019 with a performance in the Assembly Hall at 9am on Friday 20th September. Classes have been preparing songs and poems and are looking forward to performing for you on Friday. See you there! All members of the Birch Class did a fantastic job preparing speeches in advance of Election Day. They presented their speeches today and we voted for who should be on the Student Council, Forest School Committee, Green Schools Committee and Active Schools Committee. Everyone is excited about getting involved in their new roles! Information on Afterschool Homework Club
homework_club_letter.docx A big welcome back to all the members of the Birch class- and their families! We have hit the ground running and have been making some calendars to help us stay organised this month!
